Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please review our cancellation and refund terms for India and Singapore events.
India Events
At QUALIFIED LEARNING SYSTEMS PVT. LTD., we strive to deliver exceptional value and a transformational experience through our workshops, training programs and speaking engagements.
Substitute
Substitution or transfer to another upcoming seminar may be made at least 10 days prior to the program. Registration cannot be carried forward beyond the fiscal year ending 31 March.
Refund Policy
Refund after deducting applicable tax shall be made upon written request 10 days prior to the program. No refund will be made thereafter.
Cancellation
If the program is cancelled by Qualified Learning Systems (QLS), the maximum cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount received by QLS.
Recording
No audio or video recording is allowed during the program.
Singapore Events
At QUALIFIED LEARNING SYSTEMS (S) PTE LTD, we are committed to delivering impactful workshops and seminars while ensuring transparent policies.
Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event date are eligible for a 100% refund.
No-Show Policy
If a participant fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Organizers
If a program is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may receive a full refund or transfer registration to another program.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
