Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for any seminar, workshop or program.

Substitute

Substitution or transfer to another upcoming seminar may be made at least 10 days prior to the program. However, the registration cannot be carried forward beyond the prevailing fiscal year ending on 31 March.

Refund Policy

Refund after deducting applicable tax shall be made upon a written request 10 days prior to the program. No refund will be made thereafter.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of the program by Qualified Learning Systems (QLS) for any reason whatsoever, the maximum cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount received by QLS.

Recording

Audio or video recording during seminars, workshops or training sessions is strictly prohibited.
